About Reelpay

The internet is drowning in AI video. We bet on humans. Reelpay is a marketplace connecting brands with vetted creators for short-form video ads. Brands like Paystack, Zap, Able, ShredFast and more, already run campaigns with us.

Our creators are the ‘show’. This role exists to make sure they feel it.

The Role

You own our community and social presence, top to bottom. Not "assist with." Own.

That means:

• Our creator community: onboarding, engagement, retention, and keeping quality high without killing morale
• Our social channels: content calendar, posting, replies, DMs, the whole thing
• The feedback loop: you're the voice of creators inside Reelpay, and the voice of Reelpay to creators
• Community programs: challenges, spotlights, education, whatever gets creators producing better work and talking about us
• Reporting: you track what's working and kill what isn't

You'll work directly with the founder and marketing lead. If something in the community is broken, you fix it or escalate it same day.

Who This Is For

You've built or grown a community before and you can prove it. Maybe it was a creator community, a Discord, a brand's social presence, a fan base you grew from nothing. What matters is that it was real, it grew, and you were the reason.

You write well. Fast, clear, human. Your replies don't sound like a bot and your announcements don't sound like a press release.

You're comfortable with creators. You get how they think, what motivates them, and why a cold rejection message can lose you ten good ones.
