Reelpay connects brands with vetted creators to produce short-form video ads that actually perform. We're early, fast-moving, and building the infrastructure for the creator economy. You'd be joining a small, sharp team and owning marketing across the board.
The Role
We're looking for a marketing generalist who can run the whole stack — email, content, social, lifecycle, and everything in between. You won't specialize in one channel; you'll own all of them. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes to build, ship, test, and learn fast.
You'll work closely with the founder to turn Reelpay's growth goals into campaigns that actually move numbers.
What you'll do
- Own and execute Reelpay's marketing across every channel — email, content, social, and beyond
- Plan and run email campaigns: newsletters, onboarding flows, lifecycle, and retention
- Build and manage our content marketing engine — blog, social, and distribution
- Grow and engage our creator and brand audiences
- Set up tracking, read the data, and double down on what works
- Test new channels and tactics, and kill the ones that don't perform
- Keep messaging sharp, consistent, and human across everything we put out
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years running marketing across multiple channels, ideally at a startup
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and at least one email platform
- A real grasp of content marketing — you can plan it, write it, and distribute it
- Comfort with analytics: you make decisions based on numbers, not vibes
- A bias for action — you ship, measure, and iterate without waiting to be told
